One example of this, as we all continue to adjust to our "rolling normal", is that some form of remote working is here to stay, and the home office is no longer a luxury but a necessity. With more than half of consumers choosing to renovate their existing home, reputation and trust in this industry is at its highest priority, now more than ever. Ben notes, "It is not just about the pandemic, it is about all the change and transformation that we've gone through. I think what consumers are paying more and more attention to is how brands navigate during these moments."
